The Stay & Play Experience is designed for prospective Coastal Run residents who want to explore leasing and experience the Heritage Shores 55+ lifestyle firsthand.
Yes. Guests participate in the scheduled Coastal Run home tour, community orientation and final experience conversation.
The Experience Fee is credited toward your first month's rent when you sign a Coastal Run lease and take occupancy within 90 days of your stay.
Pets are not permitted unless specifically approved in advance. Contact the leasing team to discuss an accommodation or service animal.
