Preventative Maintenance

Good Afternoon Coastal Run at Heritage Shores Community,
Please be advised our service will conduct preventative maintenance on the homes for our Coastal Run at Heritage Shores residents. We will be changing air filters, and checking/changing smoke detector batteries, change out any refrigerator water filters.
The service will be conducted by Andre & Noe tomorrow June 18, 2024, between the hours of 9:00 am – 1pm, it is not mandatory that you be home we will use a pass key in the event you are not home. Please make sure that any and all pets are secured in the home.
The following homes will be serviced tomorrow:
102 / 106 – Heritage Shores Circle
100 / 101 / 102 / 103 / 104 / 105 – Passwaters Lane
1 / 2 / 3 / 4 / 5 / 6 / 7 / 8 / 9 / 10 / 11 / 12 / 13 / 14 / 15 / 16 / 17 / 18 / 20 / 22 – Argall Street
